✦EUTONIX · Front Desk · for local business

Your phone, answered.Your money, still your call.

AI phone answering, appointment booking and text replies for salons, cafés, bars, restaurants, studios, shops and trades, every local business whose front door is the phone, where a person defines the authority and the AI cannot expand it.

An AI operator answers your business line, says it is automated, books and moves appointments from your hours, takes messages, and puts emergencies straight through to you. An AI office manager handles cancellations and payment links inside the authority you grant, and can never widen it. What it cannot do on its own reaches your phone as one press.

Paid like staff, not like software: the plan includes five assistant-hours a month, about a hundred calls. When they run out, it clocks out and your phone rings as it always did. Built on the same front desk that runs inside EUTONIX Service OS, cut down to the one job.

Says it's automated first, every callNo recordings kept, no card numbers, everYou define the authority; the AI can't expand it

The real desk · sample data · presses work

An AI receptionist that answers your business phone. And says so, first, every time.

Every call opens the same way, in the operator's own words: "You've reached Harbor Light Plumbing. This is Harbor Light Plumbing's automated assistant. I can book, move or check appointments. Say person anytime to reach the team." A business can add words after that line. Nothing can remove it or move it later; the desk refuses to act on a call where it was not said.

Person, anytime

A caller who asks for a person is put straight through to your own line. If your line is busy or doesn't answer, the caller is not dropped: the operator takes a message for a callback and alerts your team until someone acknowledges. The operator never calls anyone back; it only answers.

Nothing retained

No call recordings or transcripts are kept. Speech is transcribed in transit and discarded when the call ends; what remains is the outcome, the facts of the call and a one-line note. There is no recording to store, leak or hand over.

Never a card number

Card numbers are detected and suppressed before they reach the reasoning model or any storage. The speech provider masks them inside its own model; the operator stops the caller and offers a secure link; the database refuses any run of card digits, anywhere.

Emergencies go straight through

Gas, fire, flooding, no heat in the cold, carbon monoxide, someone trapped, a break-in: on those words the operator says one fixed sentence directing the caller to 911 if anyone is in danger, puts them through to your line at once, and alerts your team every two minutes until someone acknowledges. It never improvises safety advice.

Ten minutes, with a heads-up

At eight minutes the operator says the call is coming to an end and offers to finish the booking, put the caller through, or take a message. A booking in flight gets a short grace to finish.

Your bookings, protected

A phone number is not a person. Before the operator speaks of, moves or hands up an existing booking, it asks for the name it is under and checks it. A new booking needs nothing extra.

Calls · outcome, the facts of the call and one line · sample data

This is a real call through the voice pipeline.Observed, not mocked.

On 26 September 2026 a synthesised caller spoke four lines into the desk's voice path. Deepgram transcribed them, the operator answered in its own voice, and the calendar booked the job. The times are from that run. It has not yet been placed over a phone line; that is the pilot.

One real run · voice pipeline · 24 secondsHarbor Light Plumbing is a placeholder business · the words are the operator's own
  1. 🗣You've reached Bramble Plumbing. This is Bramble Plumbing's automated assistant. I can book, move or check appointments. Say "person" anytime to reach the team.
  2. 👤Hi, I need someone to come look at a leak under my sink.
  3. 🗣Happy to help. Who am I speaking with?
  4. 👤This is Casey Rivera.
  5. 🗣I can do Monday, September 28 at 8:00 AM, Monday, September 28 at 9:00 AM or Monday, September 28 at 10:00 AM. Which works for you?
  6. 👤The first one works.
  7. 🗣You're booked for Monday, September 28 at 8:00 AM.
  8. 👤Thanks, bye.
  9. 🗣Thanks for calling. Goodbye.
  10. —ended: booked · appointments booked: 1 (confirmed, Monday 8:00 AM) · call record: outcome booked, 24 s · RESULT: PASS

What you do not see here is what the desk keeps: the outcome, "booked", and one line, "booked a job for Monday, September 28 at 8:00 AM". The words above lived in memory for the length of the call and were dropped. The caller was a synthesised voice reading a script, because no phone number is connected yet; the pipeline it went through is the one a caller will reach.

Appointment booking by phone, from the hours you set.Open slots. Real calendar. Nothing double-booked.

You give the desk your hours, your job types and how long each takes. The operator offers the next three open times that fit, books the one the caller picks, and the calendar refuses any overlap. A job that takes a deposit is put on the schedule and the deposit goes to the office manager. Moves inside your change window are handed up, not improvised.

Your facts, not the model's

Hours, service area, the prices you list, the job types you do. The operator answers from what you wrote and takes a message for anything else.

Confirmation texts, if you want them

One switch. On, a booking or a move sends one confirmation text. Off, the operator promises none. It never promises a text nothing sends.

Unknown callers become customers

A first-time caller is asked their name; the number and the name become a customer record you can see, export, and delete from Settings. Nothing else is stored about them.

Blocked days and travel buffers

Block a holiday or a morning and no slot is offered inside it. Give a job type a buffer and the slot grows to cover the drive. Room is left for more than one truck.

Settings · the business as the operator knows it · sample data

The front desk does front-desk work. The office manager does office work.Cancellations and anything involving money go up, never sideways.

Two AI seats, split the way a real office is. The operator books, moves, takes messages and puts callers through. The office manager has no power of decision of its own: on every hand-off it classifies the act, checks your policy and your grants, and either does exactly what a grant permits or escalates to a person. It cancels for free when your policy says no fee, prepares a fee for you to decide, and sends payment links only inside a grant you gave it. Neither seat can widen its own authority.

Human approval for payments, fees and cancellations. One press on your phone. No sign-in.

When the office manager needs a decision it pushes a card to your phone. The card says exactly what will happen and for how much. Approve or Reject, once. The link works for you alone and dies with the press. If you don't answer within the wait you set, your backup approvers are added, and you keep your say. Every card shows when it was requested, when the backups are added, when it expires, and whether the caller is still on the line. Every press is stamped with who, when and from where, and signed by the desk, so the record of a decision cannot be altered after the fact. An AI can never widen its own authority: a payment link goes out only inside the grant you set, and the rest waits for you. That is enforced where the record lives, not in a prompt.

The card the push opens · sample data

It answers texts and emails. You approve the words. Or grant the office manager the kinds you trust it with.

A text or an email to your desk opens a conversation. The operator drafts one reply and does the front-desk work behind it: answers from your facts, offers times, books on a pick, hands a cancellation up. The draft lands in your Approvals with the words editable. The office manager sends it on its own only inside a reply grant you made: the kinds you name, on the channels you name, until the date you set. Money and cancellations are never in a grant. The first reply in any thread says it is automated, and every text goes out from your own number.

Authority grants, spelled out

A grant says exactly what: send payment links up to $250, to existing customers only, for installs, by text, until December 31. Or send replies of these kinds without asking. Each grant is one sentence on your Office screen, with who made it and when, revocable in one press, with its history kept.

STOP means stop

A customer who texts STOP is opted out in the desk's own database, which then refuses to send them anything; START opts them back in; HELP gets a fixed reply. No model decides who is unsubscribed, and every confirmation text ends with how to opt out.

Card digits masked on arrival

A text with a card number in it is masked before it is stored, and the reply asks them never to text one again and offers a secure link.

A kill switch on your phone. Your data in one file. The desk is yours to stop, export and empty.

A controls page opens on your phone from a link only you hold, with no sign-in. One press turns the front desk off, and calls ring straight through to your line as they always did; one press turns it back on. A second switch leaves the operator answering while every office act waits for a person. The open alerts sit on the same page with an Acknowledge press. Every press is recorded with who made it.

Export, one file

Everything the desk holds for your business, as one file, from a pill on the first screen. Paid or not.

Retention you set

Texts, emails and messages are kept for the window you choose, a week to ten years, and removed every hour after it.

Delete a customer. Delete the business.

A customer's conversations and messages go and the record is emptied. The business goes by typing its name; one line survives to say it did.

Your budget, on the desk

This month, today against any daily limit, when the hours will run out at this pace, and the button to buy five more.

Your Stripe, your money

Payment links are created on your own Stripe account, connected by you. SPEKTX never holds your customers' money and takes no share of it.

An agreement you can read

Before the plan starts you sign one agreement in the desk, identified by its version and hash, with plain-words summaries beside it. A change of a word is a new version.

Policy before modelThe model names what the caller wants. The desk and its record decide what may happen. Anything not recognised fails closed.
Human defines the authorityThe AI cannot expand it. A payment link goes out only inside the grant you set: act, ceiling, customers, jobs, channel, expiry. A fee waits for a person.
Nothing retainedNo recordings or transcripts kept, no card numbers. Speech is processed in transit by the providers named in the privacy notice; the outcome, the facts and one line are the record.

Paid like staff. Priced for a one-truck shop.Five assistant-hours a month. No overage bills.

Your plan includes hours. Every minute the operator spends on a call comes off them; a call it hands to your own line counts at a quarter. When the hours are gone it clocks out and your phone rings as normal. You are never billed for a minute you did not choose to buy.

Pilot

The plan

Five assistant-hours a month.

About a hundred three-minute calls. The operator, the office manager, the approvals on your phone, texts and emails, the desk for you and your team.

  • Says it's automated first, every call; emergencies straight through
  • Books from your hours; hands money and cancellations up
  • Approvals by one press on your phone, signed; backups after your wait
  • Clocks out when the hours are gone, so there is no surprise bill

Intentionally not offered for sale. The commerce system behind this product is built and proven.

More hours, when you need them

Five more hours.

Bought from the desk whenever you like, in the month you need it. A block adds five hours to this month and ends with it.

  • A busy month, an extra block, nothing else changes
  • An optional daily limit so one day cannot use the month
  • Forwarded minutes count one for four
  • The desk shows the pace and when the hours run out

Pilot pricing, shown honestly: the plan and the block are set, the phone line is not yet live. Billed monthly by card. When payment stops, the operator clocks out and your records stay readable and exportable; nothing is charged after. One business, its team and its number per plan. The AI runs on EUTONIX's own model access; you bring no keys. Payment links your customers pay run on your own Stripe account, connected by you.

Built for the business whose front door is the phone.Salons, cafés, bars, studios, trades, and the rest.

The desk knows your business by what you tell it: your hours, your services or bookings and how long they take, your deposit and cancellation policy, and a paragraph of facts the operator may answer from. Nothing about it assumes one kind of business. It assumes a phone that rings while your hands are busy.

One mechanism, three products. The same rule in each: the AI works, a person holds the gate.

FD is the phone front desk cut out of EUTONIX Service OS and made to stand alone. It shares that product's operator and office manager, and shares with Chorix and Social Command the idea underneath all of them: the AI can do the work and hand it on, and only a human approves what is consequential.

AI phone answering for a local business. The mechanics, made clear.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. The first thing the operator says on every call is that it is an automated assistant, and callers can say "person" at any time to be put through to your line. You can add words after that line; you cannot remove it.

Does it record calls?

No recordings or transcripts are kept. Speech is transcribed in transit by the speech provider and discarded when the call ends. What is kept is the outcome, the facts of the call (who, which appointment, which job, urgency, whether a transfer was attempted) and a one-line note.

Can it take a card payment over the phone?

No. Card numbers are detected and suppressed before they reach the reasoning model or any storage: the speech provider masks them inside its own model and the desk stops the caller. If you have granted it, the office manager texts a secure payment link on your own Stripe account instead; if not, the request waits for you.

What happens in an emergency?

On words that mean danger (gas, fire, smoke, flooding, no heat in the cold, carbon monoxide, someone trapped, a break-in, an injury) the operator says one fixed sentence directing the caller to 911 if anyone is in danger, puts them through to your line at once, and alerts your team every two minutes until someone acknowledges. It never improvises safety advice. You can add your own words; the base list cannot be removed.

What if my line does not answer when it puts a caller through?

The caller is not dropped. The operator tells them the team could not take the call, takes a message for a callback, and raises a priority alert to your team that repeats until someone acknowledges it.

Who holds the money from payment links?

You do. Payment links are created on your own Stripe account, connected to the desk by you. SPEKTX never holds your customers' money and takes no share of it.

Can a customer stop the texts?

Yes. STOP opts them out and is recorded in the desk's database, which then refuses to send them anything; START opts them back in; HELP gets a fixed reply. No model decides who is unsubscribed.

Can I switch it off from my phone?

Yes. A controls page on your phone, opened from a link only you hold, has FRONT DESK OFF (calls ring straight through to your line) and OFFICE AUTOMATION OFF (the operator answers, every office act waits for a person), plus the open alerts to acknowledge.

What happens when the hours run out?

The operator clocks out and your phone rings through as normal. There is no overage bill. You can buy five more hours whenever you like, and set a daily limit so one busy day cannot use the month.

Can the AI approve a refund, a fee or a cancellation with a fee?

No. Those wait for a person on your team: you first, then the backup approvers you named if you do not answer within the wait you set, and you keep your authority throughout. What the office manager may do on its own is only what you granted, up to the ceiling you set, and it can never widen that.

Does it answer texts and emails?

Yes. It drafts the reply and shows it to you, editable, to approve. You may grant the office manager certain kinds of reply to send on its own, on the channels and until the date you set: hours and facts, offering times, confirming a booking or a move, acknowledging a message. Money and cancellations always wait for you.

What agreement do I sign?

One customer agreement, signed in the desk before the plan starts, identified by its version and hash and recorded with the acknowledgments you ticked. Plain-words summaries of the terms, privacy and refunds sit beside it. A change of a word is a new version you sign again.

Does it make outbound calls or reminders?

No. It only answers. It never calls anyone.

Is it live today?

The desk, the operator, the office manager, approvals, texts and emails, and the voice pipeline are built and tested; a real call has been run through the voice pipeline with a synthesised caller. No phone number is connected yet. That is what the pilot is for.

Your phone, answered.Your money, still your call.
